Vaultex ("we", "us", "our") provides a secure digital vault for storing your passwords, credentials, documents, photos, videos, and other sensitive information. You choose what to store in your vault. This may include account credentials, payment card details, identity documents, notes, files, photos, and videos. We do not review, access, or share the contents of your vault except as required by law or described in this policy.
Your vault contents are encrypted. Sensitive fields are protected using industry-standard encryption, and your master password is used to derive the encryption key. We cannot recover your master password, and your data cannot be decrypted without it. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and keeping your recovery key safe.
We collect your email address and basic account information needed to operate your account. We may log technical data such as device type and access timestamps for security and abuse prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use your data to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate your identity, secure your account against unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. Your vault contents are never used for advertising or shared with marketers.
We retain your account and vault data for as long as your account is active. Items you move to trash may be permanently deleted after a grace period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channels available in the app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We use minimal cookies and analytics to keep the Service running reliably and to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites or sell insights derived from your behavior.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
